The Services may contain links to websites or other mobile applications that are owned and operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to websites and services that are owned and operated by third parties.
We understand that the privacy of Members and other users (collectively, "Members", "You" or "Your") is very important. We developed this Policy so that you and make informed decisions about what you choose to share or not share on the Website.

We may collect your Personal Information when you engage with Our online communities, including when you click on advertisements, interact with Our social media pages, submit content, leave reviews, or otherwise enter information into comment fields, blogs, message boards, events, and other forums sponsored by or affiliated with Zeta including the many dedicated “ Channels” maintained by other Members intended to attract viewership, Member engagement and to build such Member’s own brand within the PleazeMe community who we refer to as our “Channel Members”.
You should be aware that any Personal Information you submit, display, or publish in public areas of the Website is considered publicly available and can be read, collected, used, and disclosed by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your Personal Information. We cannot prevent the Content you post or share on the Website or Services from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy, or from being shared or disclosed by other users or Members. To request removal of your Personal Information from the Website, please refer to the section “Your rights related to your Personal Information” in this Policy.
When we collect Personal Information from Third Parties or Publicly-Available Sources.
Under certain circumstances, we may obtain certain information about you from third-party or publicly-available sources to help us provide and improve the Services and for marketing and advertising.
When We Leverage and/or Collect Cookies or Device IDs.
We may collect certain Personal Information using cookies and other technologies such as web beacons, device IDs, advertising IDs, geolocation applications, HTML5 local storage, Flash cookies, and IP addresses. All this information will be kept in a file that is accessed only by authorized Zeta personnel, agents, or representatives.
Occasionally, you may choose to use our referral service to tell a friend or friends about the Services or Website. In this case, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address and email your friend an invite to him or her to visit the Website.
Providing your Personal Information to us is voluntary. However, if you do not provide some particular items of Personal Information to Us, you will not be able to access some of our Services, including, but not limited to, purchasing a subscription or anything else that requires a credit card to process.
How We Use Your Information.

Submissions that appear on the public area of the Website are moderated and, if necessary, we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public area of the Website.

2. Our Use of Cookies and Your Options; Pixel Tags; Do-Not Track.

A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to Members and may be associated with cookies on the Members' storage drives. We use Pixel Tags to track your use of the Services, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes, and to determine whether you opened an email message from us. The information also enables us to customize the services we offer. 4. Your Use of Members' Information.
You may not use another Member’s information, whether private or not, for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. We reserve the right to terminate the Account of anyone who misuses other Members' information or who otherwise violates the Terms of Use, any other user agreements, policies, or rules governing use of the Services.
5. Our Policy Toward Minors.
The Services are not directed to persons under the age of 18 or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction from which the Website is accessed and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. Zeta uses reasonable security measures (including physical, electronic, and procedural measures) to safeguard your Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. In addition, we use encryption in the transmission of your Personal Information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized Persons from gaining access to your Personal Information. While "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, or elsewhere, our technical staff works hard to provide your secure use of our Services. Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of Personal Information. Zeta is located in the United States. If you are using the Services from outside the United States, you must be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries in which Zeta or its service providers are located. 9. Your Rights Related to Your Personal Information.

- Your Member profile

You have the right to ask in writing whether we hold any Personal Information about You, and to see that information as well as how we collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information. We note that we may not be able to provide you with all of the information you request, depending on the circumstances (e.g., if it contains the Personal Information of other Members). There may be a charge for any copy of Personal Information requested.
Upon your request, we will remove your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and other Personal Information from Our main databases. We note that, despite your request, we may retain in our files certain data (including credit card information) if necessary to:

- Troubleshoot problems;

Whether another Member keeps your exchanged information is beyond the control of Zeta.

10. Access and Updates.
You have the opportunity to (i) opt-out of certain communications, (ii) modify/update Personal Information you have provided to Us, and (iii) hide certain information visible to public users of the Services at any time by going to the 'About' or 'Profile Settings’ sections on your Account profile.
Please be aware that it may take several hours for any custom changes you make to take effect on the public areas of the Website.
