This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to the website located at PleazeMe.com (the “Website” or “Services” used interchangeably herein), owned and operated by Zeta Media Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its controlled affiliates (collectively referred to throughout this Policy as “Zeta,” “Us,” “We,” or “Our”).

The Services may contain links to websites or other mobile applications that are owned and operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to websites and services that are owned and operated by third parties.

We understand that the privacy of Members and other users (collectively, "Members", "You" or "Your") is very important. We developed this Policy so that you and make informed decisions about what you choose to share or not share on the Website.  

Throughout this Policy, words appearing in initial capital form have the meaning ascribed to them in this Policy, or in our Terms of Use (the “Terms”) of which this Policy is incorporated by reference and a part thereof.

1. How We Collect, Use and Disclose Information.

What kinds of Information do we collect?

During the Account registration process or while using the Services, you may choose to provide us with certain "Personal Information" including:

When You Establish an Account and Use the Services.

We collect Personal Information when you use or interact with the Services, including when you register an Account, create a profile, browse Our website online, and make purchases from Us (including processing of payment). You are encouraged to create a pseudonymous profile when you establish an Account and are not required to include information in your profile that would allow you to be directly identified. Obviously, do be careful if you want to remain anonymous, especially if you upload Content or choose a username that could allow you to be easily identified.  However, in using aspects of the Services, including when making purchases or registering for contests, you may be required to provide Us or Our agents with Personal Information that may include name, address, phone number, username and password, email address, date of birth, payment information, Location Data, marital status, areas of interest, pictures, and videos and other Content that contains Personal Information. “Location Data” means either approximate location or, with your consent, precise location. • Communicate through Our email service, instant messaging feature, and/or public and private chat rooms;
• View live webcam and recorded videos and/or upload your own videos; and
• Create a blog post or interact with other Members or user’s blog posts.

We collect this information in order to provide the Services and to tailor features, products, advertising, and other Services to your enhance your experience while using the Services.

When You Communicate with Us or Sign Up for Promotional Materials or Subscriptions.

We collect your contact information when you communicate with Us or sign up to receive promotional materials, subscriptions, VIP Services, or other information via email, mail, or via push notifications or text messages.

When You Engage with Our Online Communities or Interact with Our Channel Members.

We may collect your Personal Information when you engage with Our online communities, including when you click on advertisements, interact with Our social media pages, submit content, leave reviews, or otherwise enter information into comment fields, blogs, message boards, events, and other forums sponsored by or affiliated with Zeta including the many dedicated “ Channels” maintained by other Members intended to attract viewership, Member engagement and to build such Member’s own brand within the PleazeMe community who we refer to as our “Channel Members”.

You should be aware that any Personal Information you submit, display, or publish in public areas of the Website is considered publicly available and can be read, collected, used, and disclosed by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your Personal Information. We cannot prevent the Content you post or share on the Website or Services from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy, or from being shared or disclosed by other users or Members. To request removal of your Personal Information from the Website, please refer to the section “Your rights related to your Personal Information” in this Policy.

When we collect Personal Information from Third Parties or Publicly-Available Sources.

Under certain circumstances, we may obtain certain information about you from third-party or publicly-available sources to help us provide and improve the Services and for marketing and advertising.

When We Leverage and/or Collect Cookies or Device IDs.

We may collect certain Personal Information using cookies and other technologies such as web beacons, device IDs, advertising IDs, geolocation applications, HTML5 local storage, Flash cookies, and IP addresses. We specifically use browser cookies for different purposes, including cookies that are strictly necessary for functionality and cookies that are used for personalization, performance/analytics, and advertising. When We Suggest or Link You to Other Members through the Services.

We may collect and use your Personal Information to connect you with other Members within the Services, including our Channel Members. We may also collect information about your activities or postings on the Website when you choose to send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters or when other Members, users, or third parties send us correspondence, which may include their comments about you. All this information will be kept in a file that is accessed only by authorized Zeta personnel, agents, or representatives.

Occasionally, you may choose to use our referral service to tell a friend or friends about the Services or Website. In this case, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address and email your friend an invite to him or her to visit the Website.

Providing your Personal Information to us is voluntary. However, if you do not provide some particular items of Personal Information to Us, you will not be able to access some of our Services, including, but not limited to, purchasing a subscription or anything else that requires a credit card to process.

How We Use Your Information.

When you provide Personal Information to Us, We may use it to contact you about our Services, to process payment for our Services or for products you purchase from us or third parties through the Services, and to tailor the Services to meet your preferences.

We use your Personal Information for many specific purposes, including:

• Emailing you with news and updates about the Serviced;
• Improving and customizing our Services, Content, and product offerings;

If you use our referral services, we will use your friend's name and email address only to send an invitation and to track the status of the referral. Your friend(s) may use the unsubscribe function in the email or contact us at [email protected] to request that we remove their email address from our records.

When and to Whom We Disclose Your Information.

Due to the nature of many of the services provided by the Website, certain of Your Personal Information will be disclosed to other Members. As an example, if you include in Your Member profile of your Account, or elsewhere in your Member feed, choose to disclose your religious affiliation or ethnic origin, this information will be available to other Members using the services on the Website. By providing this type of profile information to us, you have consented to the use and disclosure of your Personal Information in this manner.

We also disclose Personal Information to our service providers (for example, credit card processing companies, billing services) as reasonably necessary or appropriate to provide services through the Website. Our service providers are legally required by us to protect your Personal Information. Because we may use service providers located in different countries, your Personal Information may be transferred to a country in which you do not reside, and while in that foreign country, may be accessible to its law enforcement authorities.

How Long We keep the Information We Collect.

We keep the Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information We collect for at least as long as your Account stays active or hidden. You may delete Your Account at any time; however, we may retain a copy of your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information in Our records for a period of time, including as part of our backup or archive procedures and as otherwise required by law.  The period for which we keep Your Personal Information that is necessary for compliance and legal enforcement purposes varies and depends on the nature of our legal obligations and claims in the individual case.

How We Monitor Online Behavior.

Our users and Members communicate with each other through on-site mail messaging and instant messaging. We reserve the right to monitor users' or Member’s private exchanges.  

Submissions that appear on the public area of the Website are moderated and, if necessary, we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public area of the Website.

We monitor both private and public submissions to the Services to ensure that the Services are not used for the purpose of prostitution, human trafficking, sex trafficking, another illegal activity, solicitation, or any other violation of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to take any and all actions necessary to prevent the Services from being used for the solicitation or facilitation of prostitution, sex trafficking, human trafficking, another illegal activity, or for use in violation of the Terms. If, in our sole discretion, We determine or suspect that you are using the Services for such, we reserve the right to edit, delete, or remove any of Your related communications, User Content, as well as suspend or terminate Your Account, and report you to proper authorities if deemed by Us as appropriate.  

How This Policy Relates to Financial Information.

Financial information (including Personal Information) that you have provided to us will only be shared with our third party processors in order to initiate and complete any orders placed on Your Account. All credit card transactions and such are processed with industry standard encryption through third party processors who only use your financial information and Personal Information for that purpose. All financial data and related Personal Information will not be shared by Us with third parties except with Your authorization or when necessary to carry out all and any transactions requested by you with the understanding that such transactions may be subject to rules, terms, conditions and policies of a third party. All such information provided to a third party is subject to their terms and conditions.

2. Our Use of Cookies and Your Options; Pixel Tags; Do-Not Track.

The Services use "cookies" to store and sometimes track information to make your online experience easier and more personalized.

We may also use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons or 1x1 "gifs" and other similar technologies (collectively "Pixel Tags"). A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to Members and may be associated with cookies on the Members' storage drives. We use Pixel Tags to track your use of the Services, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes, and to determine whether you opened an email message from us. The information also enables us to customize the services we offer. We and our third party service providers also might use Pixel Tags in HTML e-mails to our customers, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded. These can be blocked either by using a third party application such as: Ghostery (https://www.ghostery.com), or, in the case of emails, by changing your settings to prevent images from being downloaded (where your email client supports this functionality).

Other parties may collect Personal Information about Your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Services. Currently, Our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this Section (e.g., by disabling cookies or opting out of ad networks).

3. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information by Third Parties.

This Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of Personal Information that we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your Personal Information to other Members or users while using the Website, we cannot control what such Members do with the information.  Also, when you visit other websites by clicking links in the Services to third party websites, different rules may apply to the use, maintenance, or disclosure of your Personal Information. Zeta does not control the privacy policies of third party websites, and you are subject to the privacy policies or practices of those third party websites.

4. Your Use of Members' Information.

You may not use another Member’s information, whether private or not, for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. We reserve the right to terminate the Account of anyone who misuses other Members' information or who otherwise violates the Terms of Use, any other user agreements, policies, or rules governing use of the Services.

5. Our Policy Toward Minors.

The Services are not directed to persons under the age of 18 or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction from which the Website is accessed and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. If you become aware that your child, or a minor of which you have custody, has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us at [email protected], and we will investigate. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with Personal Information, We take steps to remove such information and terminate the associated Account.  Parents should consider exercising parental controls on any computer that may be accessed by a minor. 6. Do Not Disclose Your Personal Information or Password.

Please DO NOT post, share, or disclose in public forums (e.g., chat rooms, blogs) any Personal Information that you do not wish other Members to know. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your Personal Information to others. Similarly, you should never disclose or share your password with anyone else. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. 7. How We Protect Your Information.

Zeta uses reasonable security measures (including physical, electronic, and procedural measures) to safeguard your Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access Personal Information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption in the transmission of your Personal Information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized Persons from gaining access to your Personal Information. While "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, or elsewhere, our technical staff works hard to provide your secure use of our Services. Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of Personal Information. We are not responsible for circumventions of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

8. Where We are Located.

Zeta is located in the United States. If you are using the Services from outside the United States, you must be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries in which Zeta or its service providers are located. The data protection and other laws of the United States and these other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country, and your Personal Information may be accessible to law enforcement authorities in the United States or of other countries.

When you use the Services, you consent to us transferring your Personal Information (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, your Sensitive Personal Information) from your country to the United States or countries in which Zeta or its service providers are located for the purposes described in this Policy.

9. Your Rights Related to Your Personal Information.

Once you register your Account, you will be able to review and change much of your Personal Information including:

• Your email address
• Your city, state, ZIP or other postal code, country
• Your password
• Your Member profile

You can update your information by logging in to your Account and following the screen prompts. We strongly urge you to change your password periodically to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account information.

You have the right to ask in writing whether we hold any Personal Information about You, and to see that information as well as how we collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information. We note that we may not be able to provide you with all of the information you request, depending on the circumstances (e.g., if it contains the Personal Information of other Members). There may be a charge for any copy of Personal Information requested.

Upon your request, we will remove your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and other Personal Information from Our main databases. We note that, despite your request, we may retain in our files certain data (including credit card information) if necessary to:

• Resolve disputes;
• Troubleshoot problems;
• Comply with credit card merchant banking and association agreements, rules or regulations;
• Enhance security, reduce fraud, or comply with applicable laws; or
• Enforce any agreements, policies, and rules governing your use of Services.

We note that despite our best efforts to remove information from our databases on your request, removed information may exist in backup copies, archives, or other users' caches. As an example, an information exchange with another Member may remain in that Member's e-mail boxes, computer caches, or instant message archive. Whether another Member keeps your exchanged information is beyond the control of Zeta.

You will be able to update, modify, and delete some of your Personal Information by logging in with your password and modifying your profile or deleting your Account. For all other requests to access, update, modify or delete your Personal Information, please:

You are entitled to contact us using the above contact information to register a privacy-related complaint. We will explain our complaint procedure to you and investigate all complaints. We will also let you know what other complaint procedures may be available to you.  We aim to resolve all complaints promptly.

10. Access and Updates.

You have the opportunity to (i) opt-out of certain communications, (ii) modify/update Personal Information you have provided to Us, and (iii) hide certain information visible to public users of the Services at any time by going to the 'About' or 'Profile Settings’ sections on your Account profile.

Please be aware that it may take several hours for any custom changes you make to take effect on the public areas of the Website. Please also note that changing or deleting your Personal Information through the 'About' or ‘Profile Settings’ section of the system, or opting-out of email notifications from Us, will only change or delete the data in Our databases for the purpose of future activities and communications.

11. Your California Privacy Rights.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from Us, once per calendar year, information regarding the disclosure of certain of your information by Zeta to a third party for the direct marketing purposes of such third party.  This right granted to California residents applies only to their activities within the State of California. 12. Changes to this Privacy Policy.

We reserve our right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to revise, amend, modify, or revoke this Policy at any time, and in any manner to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Changes to this Policy will be effective by posting revisions on the Website.
